Wis. man accused of soliciting prostitution in Woodbury gym
WOODBURY — A Hayward, Wis. man accused of attempting to hire a minor for prostitution had his initial hearing in Washington County District Court Aug. 2.
According to the complaint:
Scott Klohn, 62, approached a 17-year-old male at a fitness center in Woodbury while the male was exercising May 19.
Klohn asked him if he would go into the bathroom and "poop in a cup" for him for $20. The male declined.
He then saw Klohn staring at him in the locker room while standing in a towel. Klohn later removed the towel and walked around the male still staring at him.
