Walz appoints new lottery leader
ST. PAUL -- A longtime political staffer is being promoted to lead the Minnesota State Lottery.
Adam Prock was appointed as executive director of the program by Gov. Tim Walz on Wednesday, April 10. Prock has held the post of Director of Communications and Government Relations for the Minnesota State Lottery since 2017. His previous positions in more than 20 years of government work includes Deputy Chief of Staff for Gov. Mark Dayton, and Prock served on the Government Relations team for the City of St. Paul.
Prock succeeds Robert Doty. Prock's promotion takes effect immediately.
