According to the complaint:
On Dec. 30, 2015, Woodbury police responded to a report of unauthorized use of credit cards.
Someone broke into a locker at the YMCA located in the 2100 block of Radio Drive, stole a man's wallet including his credit and debit cards, and made fraudulent purchases at three businesses in Woodbury.
Walker allegedly spent $37.15 at the Holiday Stationstore along Radio Drive, using a stolen card.
At Game Stop along Hudson Road, there was a $487.40 charge.
And then there was a $534.55 purchase at Walmart along Hudson Road.
Walker was recognized at all four businesses, and in a tri-county crime alert received by a Metro Transit police officer.
He has an extensive criminal history, and must check in with the St. Paul Police Department on a weekly basis. Walker was arrested at his next check-in.
