City of Woodbury: Bids-Potawatomi Park Tennis/Basketball Court Project

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:Sealed bids will be received for:
City Of Woodbury
Potawatomi Park Tennis/Basketball Court Reconstruction Project
in accordance with Construction Documents prepared by Kimley Horn, 767 Eustis Street, Suite 100, St Paul, MN 55114.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bid Items scope includes reconstruction of existing tennis/basketball court and trail rehabilitation.
BID DATE AND LOCATION: Sealed bids will be received by City of Woodbury, Attention: Paul Griffin, Parks Supervisor, 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, Minnesota 55125, then publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall, Birch Conf. room. Bids will be received until 10a.m. local time, on May 2nd , 2019.
BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in amount of five (5) percent of Base Bid submitted, made payable to Owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid.

TIME OF COMPLETION: Owner requires all Work to be fully completed on or before August 31, 2019. Bids shall reflect all costs necessary to meet this schedule requirement.
PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: Contractor shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Sum.
OWNER'S RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular or to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and accept a Bid, which in the Owner's judgment is in the Owner's best interests.
