Washington County Library hosts thriller writer Don Winslow
Author Don Winslow will visit R.H. Stafford Library from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, as part of Club Book, a program of the Metropolitan Library Service Agency.
Over the past three decades, Winslow, a thriller novelist, has published more than 20 books including: "The Death and Life of Bobby Z," "Savages," and "The Power of the Dog" — the first of a trilogy about DEA agent Art Keller's decades-long war with a Mexican drug kingpin. The trilogy's conclusion, "The Border," debuts Feb. 26.
All Club Book events are free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-served. Doors open 45 minutes in advance of each program and books will be available for sale and signing.
