Woodbury Days coloring contest announced

Children ages 3 through 11 are invited to participate in the 2018 Woodbury Days Coloring Contest.

The Woodbury Days Council, a group of volunteers that organizes the annual festival, has partnered with the Crayola Experience at the Mall of America for the contest.

There are three age brackets for judging: three to five years old, six to eight years old, and nine to 11 years old. Prizes are identical for each age group:

  • First place: Four-pack of annual Crayola Experience admission passes
  • Second place: Four-pack of Crayola Experience single-day general admission tickets
  • Third place: Two-pack of Crayola Experience single-day general admission tickets

Entries can be dropped off at Jerry’s Foods, 7760 Hargis Parkway, or at Kowalski’s Market, 8505 Valley Creek Road. There will be marked boxes at each location’s customer service desk.

The top 10 entries in each age group will be posted on Woodbury Days’ Facebook page, and some may also be displayed during Woodbury Days.

The deadline for entries is Wednesday, Aug. 15, after which judging will begin. Winners will be notified by phone on or before Friday, Aug. 24.

Find the official coloring sheet for the contest and more information at www.woodburydays.com/coloring.

The 40th annual Woodbury Days will take place August 24-26 at Ojibway Park.
