County Board approved a $175,683.80 contract with HR Green, which previously did the design services for Olinda Boulevard North and Osgood Avenue North in Baytown, that includes redesign engineering services that were not included in the original 2015 contract. WOODBURY — Woodbury is one step closer to having its own brewery. Co-owners Steve and Deb Long celebrated the groundbreaking of their 3rd Act Craft Brewery at 4120 Radio Drive near Jerry's Grocery Store on April 24. A crowd of roughly 30 attendees, including friends, contractors, architects, city staff and Mayor Mary Stephens, gathered for speeches and a ceremonious first dig. The brewery is expected to open mid-October, Deb Long said.
