Jim Hesley of Woodbury and Peggy Walker of River Falls took home top honors Saturday at the first-ever Films in 5 Festival at Park High School in Cottage Grove. The woman in screen shot of a surveillance video at a Maplewood convenience store may provide River Falls police with information they are looking for regarding a home burglary. The woman shown in the video used one of the credit cards stolen in the burglary.
