Woodbury resident Alexander Pavlicin has been selected as one of two Minnesota delegates to attend the 55th annual United States Senate Youth Program. A senior at Stillwater Area High School, Pavlicin will spend March 4-11 in Washington D.C. studying the workings of the federal government.
