Woodbury High School students celebrated the end of the year with the annual Community Outreach barbecue on May 15. The barbecue included food, music and a dunk tank. The barbecue acted as a fundraiser for the Ann Haering Foundation and Random Acts of Kindness.

New Life Academy's Chinese Festival, held April 29-30 at the school, featured a dragon dance. The festival included food samples, face painting, temporary tattoos, Chinese character lessons, speaking practice and a video.

Despite the fact that there was snow on the ground last week, Woodbury High School students still celebrated spring. During the week, students participated in a variety of activities, including tie dying t-shirts, various dress up days and a school-wide dance on France.
