The Raptors got the better of intradistrict rival Woodbury Thursday in a hockey rematch that yielded a tie in the first go 'round.

This time, East Ridge earned a 1-0 victory on the road over the Royals.

Raptors junior forward Jack Greeley scored the game winning goal in the second period.

No other statistics were immediately available from the game.

The win boosts East Ridge's record to 5-9-2 (2-6-2 Suburban East Conference), while Woodbury falls to 6-8-3 (2-6-3 SEC). The game also whittled Woodbury's point lead in the conference to one, though East Ridge (six SEC points) remained in the conference cellar.

The Raptors return to the ice Saturday in a road match-up against Stillwater. Woodbury also takes to the road Saturday when the team will face Cretin-Derham Hall at the State Fairgrounds Coliseum.
