Girls' Golf: Royals take fourth in Forest Lake Invite

The Woodbury girls' golf team finished fourth behind three Suburban East Conference teams in Wednesday's Forest Lake Invitational at Tanner Brook Golf Course.

The Royals finished fourth out of 16 teams with an 18-hole team score of 374. Forest Lake finished first in the meet with a score of 337, followed by Stillwater in second with 364 and Cretin-Derham Hall in third with a mark of 368.

Freshman Aayushi Sarkar led the Royals by finishing in a 12th place tie with a score of 88. Sophomore Maddi Hanson tied for 17th with a score of 91, and eighth-grader Michelle Yang tied for 22nd with a 95.

Park finished 11th in the meet with a team score of 405, and East Ridge was 15th with a mark of 484.
