Woodbury golf course to re-open Friday

Don't put away those golf bags just yet.

A dose of unseasonably warm weather has prompted officials at Woodbury's Eagle Valley Golf Course to re-open the course beginning Friday.

According to the city, the temporary re-opening will run from Friday through Sunday, with tee times available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at 651-714-3750.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for highs in the 50s on Friday and Saturday, though rain is expected to move in Saturday afternoon and linger through Sunday.

After that, temperatures take another nosedive. According to the NWS, highs on Monday and Tuesday will only reach the 30s.
