Christian Kuphal, 22, Cherry Hill, N.J., by Woodbury police, obscenity (materials depicting minors).

Freddie Lockett Jr., 37, from Ramsey County, Woodbury warrant for theft; released.

Sarah West, 22, White Bear Lake, serving sentence for Woodbury third-degree DWI.
