Woodbury attorney sentenced for fifth DWI
A Woodbury attorney has been sentenced in a felony drunken driving case in Hudson, Wis.
Willie Herman Davis, 45, was sentenced to eight months in jail, probation for three years and a $1,977 fine for a fifth drunken driving conviction. Judge Scott R. Needam issued the sentence Monday in St. Croix County Circuit Court.
The charge stemmed from a March 14 incident. A charge of operating with prohibited alcohol content was dismissed.
