CITY OF WOODBURY ORDINANCE NO. 1815
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA PROVIDING THAT THE CITY CODE BE AMENDED BY AMENDING SECTION 2-3, FEES FOR VARIOUS SERVICES OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, SECTION X: PUBLIC SAFETY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON, COUNTY MINNESOTA DOES ORDAIN:
1815.01 That the following language be added to Section X Public Safety - Liquor Licenses:
(12) Consumption and Display Permit Fee MS 340A.414 $300
1815.02 Repeal of Inconsistent Ordinances
Any and all ordinances of the City of Woodbury inconsistent with this Ordinance or Codes herein adopted are expressly repealed.
1815.03 This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law.
