NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTIONS 469.152 TO 469.165,
ON BEHALF OF FAIRVIEW HEALTH SERVICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be conducted by the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Minnesota (the "City"), at the City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, on July 26, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., on a proposal that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Paul, Minnesota (the "Issuer") issue revenue bonds (the "Bonds") on behalf of Fairview Health Services, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, and its affiliates, in one or more series, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.152 to 469.165, as amended, in an amount not to exceed approximately $225,000,000. A portion of the proceeds of the proposed Bonds will be used to finance the acquisition of Woodwinds Health Campus located at 1925 Woodwinds Drive in the City by refinancing all or part of the Issuer's outstanding (a) Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds (HealthEast Care System Project), Series 2015A; (b) Hospital Facility Revenue Refunding Bond (HealthEast Care System Project), Series 2012B and (c) Hospital Facility Revenue Refunding Bonds (HealthEast Care System Project), Series 2012C. The Bonds will not be issued by the City. Following the public hearing, the City Council of the City will consider a resolution granting host approval of the issuance of the Bonds by the Issuer.
