CITY OF WOODBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lennar has submitted an application for a Rezoning, Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit, Preliminary Plat and Site and Building Plan for a residential development to be called Bridlewood Farms. The applicant is requesting to build a neighborhood of approximately 111 townhomes, 30 detached townhomes, and 179 single family homes for a total of 320 units, located at the northeast corner of Dale Road and Radio Drive. The property is zoned R-1, Urban Reserve District and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Parcel 1: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, except the following parcels:
Parcel 4 of Washington County Right of Way Plat No. 62; Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Parcel 4, Washington County Right of Way Plat No. 62 and the North line of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota; thence Easterly along said North line 503.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel with said East line of Parcel 4 a distance of 233.00 feet; thence Westerly to a point on said East line of Parcel 4 distant 210.00 feet South of the point of beginning; thence Northerly 210.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence North 01 degree 06 minutes 29 seconds West, assumed bearing along the West line of said Southwest Quarter, 466.88 feet; thence North 88 degrees 53 minutes 31 seconds East 396.09 feet; thence South 00 degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds East, 469.88 feet to the South line of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 19 minutes 39 seconds West along said South line to the point of beginning. Subject to roadway easement for Tower Drive and Dale Road. AND,
Parcel 2: The South Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter, excepting therefrom the West 630 feet of the South 210 feet thereof, and excepting therefrom the West 92 feet of said South Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter, in Section 28, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
