NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TO VACATE PART OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENTS PREVIOUSLY
RECORDED WITH
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SUMMERLIN SECOND ADDITION,
ACCORDING TO THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate part of the drainage and utility easements previously recorded with Lot 5, Block 2, Summerlin Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The east 5 feet lying southerly of a line 10 feet southerly of and concentric with the southerly right-of-way of Porchlight View and northerly of the southerly 10 feet of said Lot 5 dedicated as drainage and utility easement on said plat.
Except that part of said Lot 5 described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence North 05 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds East, assumed bearing along the east line of said Lot 5, a distance of 10.17 feet to thepoint of beginning; thence continuing North 05 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds East 2.38 feet; thence South 12 degrees 41 minutes 13 seconds West 0.15 feet; thence South 29 degrees 24 minutes 06 seconds West 2.25 feet; thence South 73 degrees 46 minutes 09 seconds East 0.94 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 7:30p.m.
