NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TO VACATE PART OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENTS PREVIOUSLY
RECORDED WITH
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1,
QUARRY RIDGE THIRD
ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, CITY OF WOODBURY,
WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate part of the drainage and utility easements previously recorded with Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Quarry Ridge Third Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The east 5 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, said plat, lying northerly of a line parallel with and 20.00 feet northerly, as measured at right angles, from the most northerly south line of said Lot 1, and its easterly extension, and lying southerly of a line parallel with and 20.00 feet southerly, as measured at right angles, from the north line of Lot 2, Block 1, said plat, and its westerly extension.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 7:30p.m.
