The Woodbury City Council on Wednesday approved giving Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity $150,000 in federal grant money toward its plan to build 24 townhomes in the Garden Gate development’s second addition.
The city is seeking senior-living construction proposals for a 2.2-acre parcel in the City Walk development. City Walk’s overall development plan calls for a 45-unit, environmentally friendly, or “green,” project.
