Minnesota News ST. PAUL – Minnesota lawmakers and environmentalists who want a bill limiting motor vehicle emissions applauded a Monday announcement by President Barack Obama that he will let states regulate such issues.
Temperatures climbing into the the 20s made for a car wash kind of day Thursday at the Kwik Trip gas station at City Centre. Shortly before 4 p.m. more than 20 cars, trucks and vans were lined up bumper to bumper waiting more than an hour in line for a 4-minute car wash.
The driver, a 27-year-old St. Paul man, was transported to Regions Hospital after crashing into two homes on the 700 block of Markgrafs Lake Drive early Friday morning. None of the occupants in the homes were injured.
