Woodbury crash leaves Cottage Grove baby critical
A 24-year-old Cottage Grove woman and her three children were injured Monday in a Woodbury highway crash. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jamie Norris was driving a minivan southbound at 4:24 p.m. on Interstate 494 at Valley Creek Road when she swerved to the right shoulder, over-corrected, and crossed lanes of traffic.
