NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Minnesota (the "City") will meet on Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing concerning (i) the adoption of an amendment to the capital improvement plan for the City prepared in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.521 (the "Plan"); and (ii) the issuance of general obligation bonds (the "Bonds") to finance the following capital improvements: Public Safety Building Expansion and Remodeling Project. The maximum principal amount of the Bonds to be issued under the Plan is $8,000,000.
