Chapter 27, Environmental Management, sets forth the section of City Code that outlines the requirements for the preservation and enhancement of natural resources. Included in this chapter are divisions addressing shoreland preservation, wetland protection, controls for stormwater runoff and stormwater management, woodland protection standards, shade tree disease and lawn maintenance standards. The purpose of the chapter is to preserve and enhance the quality of existing natural resources in the City of Woodbury and to conserve the economic, natural, historical and environmental values of these natural resources. Amendments being proposed include changes to Division 1, Preservation of Natural Resources, Shoreland, Water Bodies and Wetlands and Division 2, Storm Water Management.
