Letter: Resident encouraged by Swails’ openness

I was genuinely disheartened to see negative attacks on Rep. Marsha Swails, DFL-Woodbury, this early in the election season, (Aug. 11 letter “Representative’s financial woes are troubling news as election nears”), but, even more to the point, I was saddened that these attacks took advantage of Swails’ personal difficulties.
