The East Ridge High School competitive cheer teams participated in the MCCA Minnesota State Cheerleading Competition on Saturday, Feb. 2, at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul. A benefit fundraiser is being held Feb. 17 at Guardian Angels Church in Oakdale for Jacqueline Carlson, whose mother Tara is a Woodbury native, Woodbury High School graduate and owns Sweet Peas Floral in Woodbury. Jacqueline was born with a tumor on her shoulder.
