A total of 13 Woodbury High School students were recognized for their article talents by receiving Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards

  • One of the 13 students, Abby Kapler, received a Gold Key Award which earns her a ticket to New York City for the national competition.
  • Students were recognized for a variety of areas, including ceramics. WHS student Anna Schultz works on a ceramics piece with WHS ceramics teacher Tricia Schmidt.
  • Students were also awarded for their work in computer graphics and photography.  Students Katherina Vang, Joylin Munro work on their pieces with art teacher Chris Dease.
