PHOTO GALLERY: Holidays at the schools

Both Liberty Ridge and Middleton elementary schools celebrated the holidays with games adn activities on Dec. 21-22.


Liberty Ridge Elementary first graders celebrated the holidays Nov. 21 when they experienced the holiday traditions of many different cultures — England, Sweden, Israel and Kwanza. At each station students did various crafts associated with the different cultures, played various games and even decorated some cookies.

  • Middleton Elementary kindergarteners had some holiday fun with the school’s annual “Winter Wonderland” obstacle course. The various stations included snowman bowling, the snow bank drop, Grinch hockey, Christmas tree ring toss and ice fishing.
