Preceded in death by mother Val J. Hebeisen.
Survived by husband Tom; children Gabrielle and Samuel Gazzola, Nathan and Katerina Herzberg; father Richard Hebeisen; sisters Sandy (Blaine) Hebeisen and Becky (Tom) Hebeisen; many other family members and friends.
Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 1583 Radio Dr., Woodbury. A gathering of family and friends 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 22, and 1 hour prior to service, all at church.
