Visitation 4-8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at church. Memorial service 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Crossroads Church, 5900 Woodbury Dr., Woodbury. Inurnment Cottage Grove Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
