Dale Scott Armstrong, age 89, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on Jan. 5.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, at St. Francis of Assisi of Lake St. Croix Beach, 16770 13th St. S., with visitation 1 hour prior and with luncheon to follow. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to University of St. Thomas Athletic Dept. or charity of choice .
