Twin Cities nonprofit Homegrown Lacrosse has hired Woodbury Royals head girls lacrosse coach Kara Vier as its women’s lacrosse director. As women’s lacrosse director, Vier will be responsible for developing and managing the programming and leagues specifically tailored to the requirements of women’s and girl’s lacrosse.
