Woodbury resident Todd Bruehl, left, chair of Washington County’s Community Corrections Advisory Board, was honored at the Oct. 20 county board meeting with a Commissioner’s Service Award, presented by Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek. Bruehl was recognized for his work on the advisory board and in securing funds for the county, most recently a grant of $5,000 to be used for juvenile programming.
