More than 150 first grade students at Middleton Elementary rounded up teams of friends for the annual “Jump Rope For Heart” fundraiser on Feb. 11. Other grade levels also participated in the event. Students raised nearly $5,255. Jump Rope For Heart is a national program to aid heart and stroke research.
