During a groundbreaking ceremony for the Dorothy K. Merrill Community Arts Center black box theater Tuesday, June 5 at East Ridge High School, two “Winkies,” from Woodbury Community Theatre’s production of “Wizard of Oz,” presented Michelle Witte from Arts Connection with the Wicked Witch of the West’s broom in order to fully accomplish everything.
