Members of Arts Connection, the Woodbury Community Theatre, East Ridge High School principal Aaron Harper, District 833 School Board member Ron Kath, Woodbury Mayor Mary Giuliani Stephens and Woodbury City Administrator Clint Gridley all participated in a ground breaking ceremony June 5 for the Dorothy K. Merrill Community Arts Center black box theater at East Ridge High School.
