No. 161 (henceforth the Declaration) dated July 19, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Washington County, Minnesota on September 14, 2001 as Document No. 3180308 and which said Declaration covers the following described property situated in the County of Washington and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
