LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 3, DANCING WATERS 11TH ADDITION,
ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate all drainage and utility easements previously recorded with Outlots 17 and 18, Block 3, Dancing Waters 11th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
