New Stillwater Area School District ECFC is first ‘green’ building in district

The new Stillwater Area School District's Early Childhood Family Center (ECFC) held a grand opening on Thursday, Aug. 30. The center houses istrict 834’s Early Childhood and Family Education and Early Childhood Special Education programs as well as Courage Center St. Croix and Northeast Metro Intermediate District 916's early childhood auditory/oral program.
