Bielenberg legislation falls under Dayton’s veto pen

ST. PAUL -- Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton vetoed a tax-relief bill that puts the brakes on the city of Woodbury’s legislative efforts to fund expansion at the Bielenberg Sports Center.
