I-94 traffic moving again after fatal tanker crash at Roberts

Interstate 94 partially reopened at 7:45 a.m. at Roberts Monday morning after enough spilled fuel had burned off to safely allow vehicles to travel around the closed overpass using on- and off-ramps.
