Residents voice opinions on Colby Lake, Windwood street projects

A public hearing on a large road project drew a full house at the Woodbury City Council meeting Wednesday night. Some of the residents in attendance gave their thoughts on a $7.3 million project that would affect more than 1,800 homes in the Colby Lake and Windwood neighborhoods, as well as traffic at Middleton Elementary School.
