Pulkrabek sentenced, apologizes for ‘misunderstanding’

Bill Pulkrabek, the Washington County commissioner accused in a disorderly conduct case, was ordered to pay a fine and serve one year on probation Wednesday after the Woodbury man entered a plea in the criminal case.
