WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Waterford on the St. Croix Condominium (henceforth the Declaration) dated May 18, 1989 and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Washington County, Minnesota on May 28, 1989 as Document No. 600930 and which said Declaration covers the following described property situated in the County of Washington and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
