Governor, Guard recognize Woodbury as a 'Yellow Ribbon' city

The city of Woodbury was among about a dozen other local governments, churches and businesses to receive official “Yellow Ribbon” proclamations from Gov. Tim Pawlenty Tuesday afternoon at Century College in White Bear Lake.
