Franken, Kohl back St. Croix bridge proposal

U.S. senators Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Herb Kohl (D-Wis.), Al Franken (D-Minn.), and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) introduced bipartisan legislation on Friday to move the St. Croix Bridge project forward.
