Frank is newest in Kastelic family

Steve and Mindee Kastelic of Woodbury announce the birth of their son Frank Joseph, born Saturday, May 9, 2009, 12:59 a.m., at United Hospital in Saint Paul. He weighed 9 pounds, 14 1/2 ounces and measured 21 1/2 inches long at birth.
