BSC to get green makeover

The Woodbury City Council approved a contract July 8 with mechanical systems installer Harris Companies to complete a project that will give the Bielenberg Sports Center a series of energy-efficiency upgrades that are expected to save the city more than $3.2 million over the next 20 years.
