Girls lacrosse: Park’s Arcand, Woodbury’s Hegg win statewide award

Former teammates Jackie Hegg of Woodbury and Natlie Arcand of Park won the statewide Minnesota Swarm Community All-Star Award at the first-ever Mr. and Ms. Lacrosse banquet and luncheon recently.
